Hardware watchdog VIA aka dedibox linux

Nos chères dedibox ont un watchdog hardware, entendre par la un accès direct entre la machine et le système qui permet de la redémarrer si un problème se présente.
Depuis le kernel 2.6.19 le module pour ce watchdog est dispo, pour l'activer:
Dans la config de votre kernel, Device Driver -> Character Devices -> Watchdog Cards -> W83697HF/W83697HG Watchdog Timer
Compilez le en module, pour tester qu'il fonctionne:
modprobe w83697hf_wdt wdt_io=0x4e
Vous devriez voir le module démarrer:
w83697hf/hg WDT: Looking for watchdog at address 0x4e w83697hf/hg WDT: watchdog found at address 0x4e
Puis pour le charger au reboot créez le fichier ''/etc/modules.d/wdt" et ajoutez:
options w83697hf_wdt wdt_io=0x4e
Taper modules-update
Sur gentoo forcer le chargement au démarrage en ajoutant cette ligne au fichier "/etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6":
w83697hf_wdt
Installer un logiciel qui va discuter avec le device "/dev/watchdog"
Sous Gentoo un emerge watchdog fera l'affaire, le lancer au boot rc-update add watchdog default, c est finit.

I really, really enjoyed this. The humor works brilliantly, ed hardyand the animation is much better than I had imagined. The way you have “blended” (hehe) it all together makes this look like a solid, whole product, as good as any Pixar short. Probably better.cheap ed hardy But then again: That’s my opinion.

Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog. Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
