ZFS is opensource and already in FreeBSD for example, so what is the problem with Linux ?
And for the linux driver that Sun have "stolen", they are in GPL so they can NOT be integrated to OpenSolaris, Linus a big liar, a legend is dying.

Old shrewish Linus is seeing the world abandon him: you made a great a job and I'm sure you still can, but don't be ridiculous just cause the world is not going where you want.
