Search Engines comparison
By Toots, 3 years, 3 months ago, modified Oct. 15, 2008
In a recent post, Jeremy Zawodny talks about a blind test of different search engines. He suggests that a blind comparison of the search engine's results would be surprising... make the test with the following engines :
This is not "blind" but, try to only look at the relevance of the results, not the engine (or close your eyes :) :
Twingle shows the results of Yahoo vs Google
Example search with "keziah Jones last album"
And if you feel often disappointed with Google results try using these others search engines for a few days :
Hakia (semantic search)
and keep in mind that only the first results are clicked by Google's users but nobody uses the "I'm feeling lucky" button ! So, from an end user point of view, you should only compare the first 4 results and the last at the bottom of the page...
What are your results after this comparison ? Tell us in the comments !

I really, really enjoyed this. The humor works brilliantly, ed hardyand the animation is much better than I had imagined. The way you have “blended” (hehe) it all together makes this look like a solid, whole product, as good as any Pixar short. Probably better.cheap ed hardy But then again: That’s my opinion.
Differen people have different write style ,i think you write style is the best ,I like your article very much ,I will share your article with my friends and families.
For the trendy fashion, pick up the Leather Braided Handle bag from Derek Alexander. In a cross between a hobo and a baguette shape, this bag features beautiful braided leather detail at front and at the shoulder strap. With a hefty top zipper to keep all your items in check, this bag is perfect for the minimalist who carries light everyday. With limited space for anything but a wallet lipstick, and a cell phone, this bag is great when you just need a simple bag to get you through the day. http://www.edhardysonlinesite.com
